We collect your personal data, including your name, residential address, email address, telephone number and identification number.
SOURCES OF COLLECTION
We obtain your personal data from: Class registration forms on the Company's official website at www.ptti.my. Purchase forms submitted through the OnPay website. Social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Class registration forms provided through third-party platforms such as Typeform, Google Forms and Tally.so.
PURPOSES OF COLLECTION
We collect your personal data for the following purposes: To process your applications to purchase our products or services, including documentation and publication. To deliver our products to your preferred location. To provide customer support and manage enquiries and complaints. To send marketing communications and new promotional updates relating to programmes, seminars and services offered to you (subject to obtaining renewed consent). To provide educational services, including monitoring student attendance, academic performance and student learning records.
HOW PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
We process your personal data exclusively within Malaysia. No personal data is transferred outside Malaysia.
DISCLOSURE
We will disclose your personal data to: Authorised PTTI personnel and PTTI teaching staff. Appointed courier service providers for the delivery of products purchased by you. Appointed technology system and platform providers. Relevant authorities for legal purposes (including the Company's auditors, professional advisers and consultants).

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (PDPA)
By submitting this form, I hereby consent to PTTI Group Sdn. Bhd. collecting, storing, using and processing the personal data provided for communication, programme registration, promotional updates and other legitimate business purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
I understand that my personal data may be disclosed to relevant third parties where necessary to fulfil these purposes, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I hereby confirm that all information I have provided is true and accurate, and I accept full responsibility for any information found to be false or inaccurate. I also agree to all terms and conditions established by PTTI Group Sdn. Bhd. as follow
1. All payments made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason.
2. PTTI Group Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Refund Policy
All refund requests will undergo an internal review process by the Accounts, Finance, and Management departments of PTTI GROUP SDN. BHD.
The review and approval process will take up to five (5) working days from the date all required documents have been duly submitted.
If the request is approved, the refund payment will be made directly to the customer’s bank account as stated in the application form. The entire refund process will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date the cancellation notice or refund request is received, subject to approval and verification of complete supporting documents.
Each application will be assessed based on the reasons provided together with the supporting documents or evidence submitted. Approval of any refund request is subject to the consideration and discretion of the management of PTTI GROUP SDN. BHD. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on the outcome of its review.
